This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the WhyEva Platform (the connected application) by Recruiters (Clients) and Candidates (Users). It defines how personal data is processed within the context of our automated video screening services.

Candidate videos are analyzed by our AI algorithms (Natural Language Processing / LLMs) to generate transcriptions and assist the Recruiter. No automated final hiring decisions are made. Furthermore, candidate data is never used to train public AI models.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are implemented, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to protect your data internationally.

As a Candidate, to exercise your rights of access or deletion regarding your application videos, you must contact the Recruiter (the company you applied to) directly, as they are the Data Controller. WhyEva will assist the Recruiter technically to fulfill your request.
